Real support, in real places
MJ's Occupational Therapy is a mobile OT practice covering the Central Coast. We work with kids building the skills for school and play, adults managing an injury or looking to build everyday independence, and older people who want to stay steady and safe at home.
Sessions happen wherever makes sense, your kitchen table, the school playground, a day program, or a video call, with your family and other health professionals kept in the loop.
Therapy you actually look forward to
We plan every session around your goals, not a generic checklist. Progress doesn't always happen quickly, and that's okay, we make sure you know exactly how far you've come along the way, whatever the pace. Good therapy shouldn't feel like a chore, so we bring plenty of encouragement, a bit of humour, and genuine care for the people we work with.
